At Lamona Luxury Items, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and securely. Below are the terms that govern our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the receipt of your order confirmation email.
- Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges & Shipping Times
Shipping rates and delivery time estimates are available as standard shipping or express shipping options. Your shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Regular Shipping. 3 to 5 business days (fixed fee of $6, free shipping on orders above $100).
- Express Shipping. 1 to 2 business days (fixed fee of $15.00).
Important Notice: Delivery time may vary from our estimates due to increased seasonal activity or bad weather conditions.
3. International Shipping
- We deliver to selected countries outside of our country. Our delivery time normally takes between 7 and 14 business days.
- Duties and Taxes. Our international deliveries may incur additional charges for duties or taxes in the destination country. The buyer will have to cover these additional costs, as Lamona cannot cover these costs.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking link for each order will be emailed to you.
- Check your shipping information before ordering. We will not be responsible for delivering your orders to the wrong address.
